Relevant Equity Bank Limited Staff expected to undertake this training included; Cred Risk Staff (Small and Micro Enterprise and Corporate), Branch Credit Relationship Managers and HOs, SME Relationship Officers and Legal Staff.

Took them through on how to develop a deeper understanding on how to screen projects based on Equity’s Screening Form.

How to understand and follow IFC Performance Standards and Procedures.
How to understand the national and regulatory framework on environment and applicable to Equity Projects.
How to understand the basic Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process and how EIA and Environmental Mitigation and Monitoring help achieve environmentally sound design.
